Blackout accounts are created manually by the Customer Advocacy team. Based on the information you provide, we will provision your organization and create an Organization Administrator account for you.
Once your account has been created, you will receive an email from invitations@blackout.now with instructions for logging in for the first time. After completing these steps, you will have access to the full version of Blackout and can begin uploading and redacting documents immediately.
Upon receiving the invitation email from Blackout, you’ll have three weeks to upload and redact up to 50 documents without restriction. Create multiple workspaces, invite team members, and produce documents at your convenience.
Once you reach the document limit, you will be unable to upload additional documents until you upgrade to a paid account. Throughout the trial, our team is available to answer questions and help with anything you need.
At any time, you can reach out to your account manager to let them know you’d like to upgrade. You can also send an email to sales@milyli.com.
We can either schedule a brief call to discuss your requirements, or you can let us know which package you’re interested in and your preferred payment method. We’ll then provide a purchase agreement for your review and signature.
All Enterprise licenses include Premium Support. Premium Support includes a range of services designed to help your team learn, adopt, and get the most out of Blackout, including:
